MMBDA 16th St. Campus Relocation
On Monday, March 18, the DC Public Charter School Board voted to approve Mary McLeod Bethune Day Academy Public Charter School's planned relocation of its 16th Street NW Location to 635 Aspen Street in the educational building of Takoma Park Baptist Church. This relocation will provide a more modern and spacious environment for our scholars to learn and grow.
A comprehensive traffic impact study has been conducted, a draft of which can be found below. A presentation of the traffic study will take place on Thursday, March 14 at 5 pm at the Takoma Neighborhood Library, following the Ice Cream Social, which begins at 3pm. Neighbors can also participate via zoom at this link.
