Each classroom competed in a basket decoration contest while collecting canned goods and other non-perishable items to be delivered to various locations within our area to families in need. Several of our local families also received turkeys from various partners over the weekend. MMBDA would like to thank our students, staff, parents, local churches, and the Metro National Council of Negro Women who participated for their generosity as we were able to serve 35 families!
