Takoma Park Campus (PreK3–5)
The Takoma Park Campus of Mary McLeod Bethune Day Academy Public Charter School serves our youngest learners in grades PreK3 through 5th. Nestled in a vibrant, family-centered neighborhood, this campus offers a warm and nurturing environment where children are supported academically, socially, and emotionally.

Our Takoma Park campus offers a Dual Language Immersion Program in Spanish, fostering early bilingualism and global awareness. It also proudly implements the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme, which encourages students to become active, compassionate, and lifelong learners through inquiry-based instruction and global-minded perspectives.

Class sizes are small, and instruction is personalized to meet the needs of each student. With a strong focus on early literacy, foundational math, hands-on science, and creative exploration through art, music, and movement, students receive a well-rounded education in a joyful and engaging setting.

The Takoma Park Campus is designed to spark curiosity and a lifelong love for learning, helping students build the confidence and skills they need to thrive as scholars and compassionate citizens.
