Mr. Willie Ingram started his service to children in 1991 in the group homes of Norfolk and Martinsville, Virginia. His teaching career began in 1993 at Martinsville High School, Martinsville,VA. He married in 1996 and moved with his new bride to Ramstien, Germany where he earned a Masters Degree in International Relations.Willie is the father of two girls. After returning to the United States by way of Washington, DC in 1998, he began a long journey in the charter high schools of the District of Columbia Public Charter School Board. Those experiences led him to serve at Mary McLeod Bethune Day Academy to begin his role as the new Dean of Students. His hobbies and Interests include reading historical works and documentaries. Willie is a huge Dallas Cowboys fan, loves video games that require strategy, and grilling.
