Be sure to reference the Latino and African-American communities in your response. You are expected to explain your reasoning in a three-paragraph essay that includes an introduction, one body paragraph, and a conclusion. Each paragraph should be at least 4-5 sentences in length.


PART TWO: (100 points)
Create a 90-second video that explains the points you assert about the importance of The Black and Brown Vote in your essay and persuades these communities to vote in the 2020 Election. Be sure that you dress appropriately, adhere to the time limit, and speak clearly.
